Tell us what happened and what you would like done about it. You do not need to be polite about it and you do not need to build a case. If it is a guarantee claim, start the message with the word Guarantee and we will pick it up first.
What to Include
None of this is compulsory. It just means we can fix it in one reply instead of four.
- The email address you ordered under. That is what we search on.
- Your order number, if you can find it. It is in your confirmation email and it starts with a hash.
- What actually happened, in whatever detail you like. “It has been three weeks and nothing” is a complete message.
- A photograph, if something arrived damaged or looks wrong.
If something has gone wrong, say so plainly and we will sort it.
And if it is a question rather than a problem, it may already be answered on the frequently asked questions page, or inside the full explanation of how the magnesium actually works, which handles the “why is nothing happening yet” one. The short answer is that week one usually feels like nothing.
Claiming the 100-Night Guarantee
Three steps, none of which involve you being talked out of it.
- Write to us with the word Guarantee at the start of the message. Tell us the name and the email address you ordered under. That is all we need to find you.
- We refund the purchase price to the payment method you used. Your bank then takes its own sweet time to show it, which is out of our hands and always slower than it should be.
- Keep the pouch. There is nothing to post back, nothing to package and no return label to print.
You do not need a reason and you will not be asked for one. If you tell us what did not work it genuinely helps us build a better version, but that is a favour, not a condition. There is no retention script.
